2023 500ml Bel Posto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our 2023 Extra Virgin Bel Posto Olive Oil comes from southern Tuscany in the Cortona area. The olives have been harvested gently and pressed at a small local frantoio (olive mill) that uses the latest technology to preserve the nuances of the olives.  Bel Posto extra virgin olive oil has a chartreuse color, intense field greens flavor, with slightly fruity notes and a peppery long finish.  Over time it is normal for this olive oil to have some sediment at the bottom of the bottle.  This just assures you that it has not been filtered after pressing to preserve the fresh taste and health benefits.
