If ever there was a L'Arte dell'Olivo customer favorite, this is the balsamic. SUPER thick, dense, and rich. As if that isnt enough, our balsamic masters have steeped white truffles in the balsamic as it aged, imparting the heady aroma of truffles directly into this incredibly rich balsamic. This is a balsamic vinegar that is meant to be savored, imparting its richness drop by drop to the food. Of course its created in the traditional way, spending 20 years slowly concentrating and moving from barrel to barrel in the Batteria. Keep in mind that while the size of the bottle is small, it is a very powerful balsamic, and rarely is much more than a drizzle directly on the finished food necessary to impart its rich, dense truffle taste.
Recipe ideas: This 20-year Reserva Truffle Balsamic is just amazing as a finishing touch on rich winter soups and grilled or vegetables. Simply pan-frying pork chops with salt and pepper and drizzling this balsamic over it will elevate the dish to stratospheric heights.
