One of our favorite and best selling balsamics! To create white balsamic they mature it in tightly closed oak barrels rather than open to the air like a traditional balsamic vinegar. This stops any oxidation so the balsamic stays clear. This white balsamic has been aged for 4 years in the wood casks. It's wonderful to use when you don't want to alter the color of your dish and you'd like a fruity, sweet and mildly acidic aroma and flavor.
Recipe suggestions: Excellent on salads, in sauces, with fish,chicken or turkey and with any soft creamy cheese, especially buffalo mozzarella.
