Our white balsamic gourmet flavors are made using our accolade-winning white balsamic aged in oak barrels for 4 years. Then, we add natural flavors that perfectly compliment the sweet and tangy oak-aged white balsamic. The Raspberry White Balsamic is a well-balanced white balsamic that oozes with the natural sweet flavor of fresh, ripe raspberries.
Trebbiano & Malvasia grapes are first pressed and the resulting grape juice is slowly simmered over a direct flame for 24 to 36 hours to concentrate the flavor of the grapes and the sugars in the grape juice. The resulting syrup is aged in tightly closed oak barrels to preserve the natural straw yellow color and combined with wine vinegar for the perfect balance of sweet and sour.
Recipe suggestions: A vinegarette for salad with candied pecans, goat cheese, dried cranberries and shallots. It is perfect topping mixed salad greens with feta cheese, or in a sauce for chicken with chicken stock, white wine, raspberry white balsamic and shallots or onions. It’s also ideal for enhancing tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. After dinner, drizzle it over your favorite fruit, cheese or even ice cream.
