Shipping and Delivery

We ship our orders via UPS or Fedex to the 48 contiguous US states.  We have a flat $14.00 shipping and handling charge that covers as many items as you want to order, shipped to a single address.

Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada are shipped via USPS and charged what the USPS rate is for that weight.   The store will automatically calculate the shipping cost once you have selected all the items you want to buy and have added them to the cart.

Orders being shipped to PO Boxes and APO boxes are shipped via USPS and charged what the USPS rate is for that weight.   The store will automatically calculate the shipping cost once you have selected all the items you want to buy and have added them to the cart.

We don't require a signature on our packages, but some drivers in certain neighborhoods at times require someone to be present due to high volumes of package theft.

For the 48 contiguous states, your order is sent out within a weekday or two from our Toledo, Ohio warehouse (orders are not sent on weekends).  Delivery time can vary from 1 to 5 days, depending on your location within the USA.

Orders from Canada are handled by our shopping cart right here on this website and shipped from our Toledo, Ohio warehouse.  Orders from the rest of the world are handled by our main production location in Cortona, Italy.  Please send us an e-mail with what you're interested in and we'll get back with a quote.
