The Rosemary Balsamic Vinegar is part of our Gourmet Flavors. It starts as concentrated grape juice that is slowly simmered and reduced to a caramelized syrup. Then it is aged over 4 years in wooden barrels and slowly turned into rich balsamic vinegar. Rosemary is added to infuse the balsamic vinegar with the heady aroma and taste of the rosemary. It imparts a very clean and fresh flavor - just as if you had added real rosemary to your dish.
